Classes are delivered in a loving, caring way with an experienced instructor
The online paradigm facilitates a new reality where geography & the costly stresses of logistics, childcare & Covid restrictions are no longer an issue
Staff members can access links to class recordings so that nobody misses out
Classes are tailored specifically for educators and each staff member can ask questions before and after class
Staff and Instructor can come together through Zoom & create an atmosphere of a Shala (Yoga Studio) from the comfort of home
Our College staff are the valued & inspirational force behind educating our global population, their wellbeing and fortitude is essential and The Yoga House is here to help! We are aware that our educators have an intensely demanding job, especially in our current pandemic situation, so we are providing live online Yoga courses which infuse all echelons of college professionals with the energy & support they need to keep going. This is an important mission, the health of our teachers & lecturers is essential.
We are offering bespoke classes for all college staff to reduce & prevent stress, fatigue, anxiety, burnout and depression. Guided, relevant yoga classes which incorporate breathing techniques, movement and mediation have shown to help significantly with these issues and aid general health and wellbeing which is more important now than ever before!
The fact is that once they feel supported & strong, our educators can BE THERE much more effectively for others, this is not just about enhancing productivity in the workplace, this is about caring properly for those who teach, guide & instruct by equipping them with the tools to create & sustain a better future!

How it works: 6 Week Module
2 classes per week (12 classes in each 6 Week Module) Tues 11am & Friday 9am
Each class lasts 1 hour
The classes are pitched in such a way as to suit all levels of Yoga practitioner from beginner to advanced & all in between
We gently progress in intensity as the weeks go on
Streamed live via Zoom

All bookings must be competed before Friday 10th of September for bookings on our Autumn Module to ensure admission
Payment:
€1200 per 6 week module (12 classes).
