Alignment

Tuesday July 28th. 7pm~8.30pm

We'll be working into the most well known & popular Yoga Poses with a heavy emphasis on correct skeletal alignment so that you can be confident & safe in your home Practice. Beginners welcome.

 

Yoga (postures) with Weights

Saturday August 8th. 9am~12 noon

This is a workshop that's a little different to our usual sessions, it’s not strictly a ‘Yoga Workshop’ we'll be working with weights to learn how to build strength in a safe & competent way and we'll also be focusing on jumping to maintain healthy bone density. The postures will be inspired by the Yoga Posture Syllabus so even if you've no experience with weights, you'll be familiar with the shapes & movements. All levels are welcome.

 

Yoga for Mental Clarity

Tuesday August 25th. 7pm~8.30pm

Already you know you need this one! You're not alone!! It doesn't matter what life stage we're in, we are, in our modern world, so overwhelmed & overstimulated that it’s no wonder we get brain-foggy! This workshop is designed to give you breath & movement techniques which, when practised regularly help to clear the confusion & focus the mind. Join us, beginners welcome.

 

Mantra + Meditation

Tuesday September 8th. 7pm~8.30pm

This is the perfect mix of Focus & Peace! We'll learn & chant a lovely simple Mantra together and then we'll enjoy a guided Meditation Practice. This is suitable for all levels. Bring a friend, the more the merrier.
