Finishing out our Yoga Year in style with our Advanced Class, this is perfect to inspire you over the holidays to go more deeply with your Philosophy Studies and ideal as a motivation to keep you longer on the mat for your Yogasana & Dhyana Practices. In the interests of pacing, harmony & safety, these Advanced Sessions are only appropriate for those with a strong daily Practice.

Tuesday January 20th. 7pm~8.30pm

This is a beautiful 90 minute session in which we explore strength through a slow flow of Yoga Poses. We'll finish the session with a deep relaxation.

 
Book into Twists

Twists

Tuesday February 24th. 7pm~8.30pm

The Yoga Posture Syllabus holds within it many twists for good reason! The action of twisting is super beneficial for improving & maintaining mobility in the muscles & connective tissues of the shoulder, spine & pelvis. In this workshop we'll create a lovely fluid flow of Yoga Postures incorporating a wide variety of twists, twists also help to calm us down so it's a perfect Practice if you're feeling a bit stressed and would like to access a more peaceful feeling.

 
Book into Gentle Backbending

Gentle Backbending

Tuesday March 3rd. 7pm~8.30pm

Backbending is a wonderful way to ensure a strong back & great posture! It's important to be gentle & skillful as we explore spinal extension, so this workshop will help us to build confidence around our technique so we stay safe as we strengthen.

We understand that life is unpredictable, so if you have to cancel your attendance of a workshop last minute, please replace yourself with a friend.
