Gentle Backbending

Tuesday March 3rd. 7pm~8.30pm

Backbending is a wonderful way to ensure a strong back & great posture! It's important to be gentle & skillful as we explore spinal extension, so this workshop will help us to build confidence around our technique so we stay safe as we strengthen.

 

Chanting

Saturday April 11th. 9am~12 noon

Our Chanting Sessions are always excellent but this one is a particularly special 3 hour workshop so we’ll get to dive in a bit more deeply.

All are welcome, you don’t have to have any prior experience in Yoga or indeed Chanting, you can feel comfortable to start from scratch in a safe & loving environment.

If you’re a regular, as always we’ll do some revision & add some new Mantras as well.

Bring a notebook & pen, there’ll be plenty of interesting stories, tips & translations to take note of!

Forward Bends

Tuesday April 14th. 7pm~8.30pm

Forward Bends are brilliant for bringing mobility & freedom into the back of the body, particularly the hamstrings & lower back, also, the action of forward bending and holding the position with a calm & steady breath is a beautiful way to soothe & relax the body & mind.

Vinyasa Flow

Saturday May 2nd. 9am~12 noon

In this workshop we’ll be synchronising our breath perfectly with our movements to fuel us in a constant flow of Yoga Postures. This work will range from mobility to strength, providing your body with the diversity it needs to be agile & free, Join us, all levels are welcome.
