Balance

Tuesday May 26th. 7pm~8.30pm

Balance is worth practising every day. The muscular strength required to successfully hold a balance is also the strength that stabilises our joints in daily life & therefore protects against falls & helps prevent injury. This one is not only suitable for everyone, it's necessary! See you there!

 

Upper Body Wellness

Saturday June 13th. 9am~12 noon

This workshop is to help you learn how to stretch & strengthen the muscles of the upper body, particularly the upper back chest & shoulders. We'll also be working with the Heart Chakra and enjoying a deep relaxation at the end.

 

Chanting

Tuesday June 16th. 7pm~8.30pm

Our Chanting Sessions are always well loved & excellent. Chanting is a lovely way to come together, learn & find peace & focus. All are welcome, you don’t have to have any prior experience in Yoga or indeed Chanting, you can feel comfortable to start from scratch in a safe & loving environment. If you’re a regular, as always we’ll do some revision & add some new Mantras as well.

 

Alignment

Tuesday July 28th. 7pm~8.30pm

We'll be working into the most well known & popular Yoga Poses with a heavy emphasis on correct skeletal alignment so that you can be confident & safe in your home Practice. Beginners welcome.

 

Yoga (postures) with Weights

Saturday August 8th. 9am~12 noon

This is a workshop that's a little different to our usual sessions, we'll be working with weights to learn how to build muscle in a safe & competent way and we'll also be focusing on jumping to maintain healthy bone density. The postures will be based on the Yoga Posture Syllabus so even if you've no experience with weights, you'll be familiar with the movements. All levels are welcome.

 

Brain-Fog BE GONE!

Tuesday August 25th. 7pm~8.30pm

Already you know you need this one! You're not alone!! It doesn't matter what life stage we're in, we are, in our modern world, so overwhelmed & overstimulated that tis no wonder we get forgetful! This workshop is designed to give you breath & movement techniques which, when practised regularly help to clear the cobwebs & focus the mind. Join us, beginners welcome.

 

Mantra + Meditation

Tuesday September 8th. 7pm~8.30pm

This is the perfect mix of Focus & Peace! We'll learn & chant a lovely simple Mantra together and then we'll enjoy a guided Meditation Practice. This is suitable for all levels. Bring a friend, the more the merrier.
