We’d love you to join us on the mat so we can enjoy our Practice together!

We hold both Online & In Person weekday classes & weekend workshops all year round so you are welcome to come to us weekly, a few times a week or indeed just jump aboard at any stage for a drop in!

We cater for all levels of practitioners.

Each class is different so we can inspire you & keep you focussed on specific aspects of your Yoga every time you visit us!

Our classes & workshops promote deeper recognition & understanding of yourself & your Yoga!

Our intention is that with our support your Practice progresses beautifully & truly becomes your own!

Rachel has created a wonderfully welcoming yoga shala that is filled with light and relaxed energy. She is a great teacher who has a way of explaining complicated philosophical ideas in an uncomplicated, clear and fun way.
