Beginner Yoga ~ Mondays & Wednesdays 7pm
Both these classes are for beginners, we study the details of the Yoga Postures & we work up to learning a creative flow from 1 to the next. The Monday class is In Person only, the Wednesday class runs as a hybrid, both Online & In Person.
Yoga Philosopy ~ Tuesdays 7pm
(3 Tuesdays a Month)
This class is for people who enjoy exploring the fullness of Yoga as a companion Practice for life. We dive deep into the Ethos of Yoga as well as the Postures, the Meditation & the Breathing Techniques. In Person only.
Gentle Yoga ~ Thursdays 12 Noon
This class is a beautifully therapeutic session, it’s suitable for anyone who wishes to take some time out to relax, restore & rejuvenate, the pace is very slow, so complete beginners are welcome. Available Online & In Person.
Intermediate Yoga ~ Thursdays 7pm
This is a moderately paced & spiced class for Yogis who are building a steady Practice & are familiar with a Vinyasa based syllabus. This session is both In Person & Online.
Advanced Yoga ~ Fridays 7pm
These are special 2 hour sessions for Advanced Yoga Practitioners, Students & Teachers. Every 2 Months, we come together to dive into Yoga Philosophy and a strong & challenging Posture Practice complimented beautifully with a guided Relaxation/Yoganidra at the end. Proficiency in the Level 2 & 3 syllabus poses & a knowledge of Yoga Philosophy is required.

Week-Night Workshops
Tuesdays 7-8.30pm (once monthly)
This is an excellent selection of week-Night Mini Workshops for all levels of Yogis. This series is the perfect way to enrich your Yoga Education in a workshop style, where we focus on specific topics but for a shorter spell of time, a lower price and during the week instead of a weekend…what’s not to love?!
