Our Bridal Packages are tailored to fit your needs:
Guests can come together and benefit from a unique & beautiful experience.
All levels are catered for from complete beginners to advanced Yoga practitioners & everyone in between.
Starting your day with a Yoga workshop as a group is an excellent way to bond & also bring strength to the body while allowing all mental stress to be released so you can be fully present & enjoy your weekend.
Classes are delivered in a loving, caring way with a perfect balance of challenge & fun!
Should the Pandemic goalposts be shifted once again, we can easily switch to an online option through Zoom, adapting in this way if needed means that Covid Restrictions will never be an obstacle.
Both the in person & online options will leave you feeling nourished, pampered & joyful.
Bio
Rachel is the founder of & sole teacher at The Yoga House Ireland & has been teaching Yoga full time for 16 years. Both her knowledge & experience are extensive and although her background is very much rooted in the traditional Yoga system, she has developed & finely tuned a capacity to deliver the teachings in a contemporary way so that all her students can find their own individual direction in which to take their practice. Rachel has taught classes, workshops, private events, festivals, teacher trainings & retreats all over the world, she also teaches online and is a content creator of classes & podcasts on both You Tube & Ribbon.

Our commitment to sharing the teachings of Yoga is universal, we are both a local & global community here at The Yoga House all wrapped up into one and our devotion to the expansion & improvement of wellness continues to be steady & strong.
How it works:
Rachel will arrive early for set up & also to facilitate the option of a private conversation if you require it (injury, pregnancy, queries etc)
The session begins at 9.30am & lasts for 90 minutes.
Please bring your own mat & blanket, Rachel will bring some spare just in case.
Please ensure preferably an empty stomach or a small early breakfast beforehand if needed.
We will begin with some breathwork & Meditation to centre & energise us, we will then explore a wonderful sequence of postures to bring heat & flow to our systems & we’ll conclude with a cosy guided relaxation to balance our energies & leave us feeling soothed & replenished.
